Caregiver Support Group

Open to spouses, family members, and friends who are acting as caregivers for a loved one. The group has an emphasis on those providing care to their aging parents and provides a warm environment in which participants receive support and strategies to address the unique needs and stresses of caregiving. Leisure League Senior Programs
Leisure League Luncheons are from Noon-2:00pm and offer lunch, entertainment, and fellowship for Sacramento seniors 55+. $5 includes lunch and entertainment. Your RSVP helps with planning both Leisure League events. Shabbat Shalom Sacramento
We Love Volunteers! The Jewish Federation of the Sacramento Region is looking for volunteers to help with our monthly Shabbat Shalom Sacramento Program. Once a month, we go to a senior living center and provide a small Shabbat service for the residents. We provide the materials and you provide the fellowship. YAD Events
Keep an eye out for future events. The mission of YAD is to provide all adults in their 20's and 30's with opportunities and on-ramps for engagement through programming, connections, and by making the Sacramento region an inclusive, meaningful and vibrant place to be Jewish. All young adults are welcome to join, and we encourage you to bring a friend or two!
